Erin Burns

I am originally from Saskatchewan and moved here a year ago. I enjoy reading, writing, knitting, playing and coaching sports. I am also involved in our local Fastball community having just hosted the Senior Men's and Master Men's National Championships. I was raised in a Catholic household and attended the Catholic school division. I am currently involved in my faith community through St. Joseph's Parish.

I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan and a Baccalauriat en Education Secondaire from the University of Regina.

I teach French immersion, specifically French language arts, Social studies and Math. I am very passionate about the French language and I can't wait to share this passion with your students. I have been working in education for many years although this is my first year teaching in Alberta. I am also the Knowledge and Employability teacher and I look forward to seeing all my students grow and learn.
